The front  area is very important.  Does it invite you in?  Is the front door clean? If not people assume the rest of the house is as bad as the front.

By now they have seen the photographs, looked on the internet and still decided to drive around and have a look before booking an appointment.  Well! Have you now just lost another percentage of your prospective views because the outside doesn’t look presentable?  Again viewers will not bother wasting their time.

The bungalow has a stunning back garden and is beautifully decorated inside.  We just relocated a number of their original plants and pots, along with adding a few extra bedding plants, refilled and re hung their original plant troughs and painted the fence to make it look loved.
